In 2024, the Mebane Woman’s Club volunteered 172 hours and donated $6410 to support health and wellness in our community. 

GOAL: The MWC Health and Wellness CSP promotes nutrition, disease prevention, physical and emotional care.

Club members are passionate about supporting health and wellness in our community. In 2006, we started Mebane on the Move to encompass several fitness initiatives and fundraising. In 2024, we partnered with Walmart to host a blood drive and as a result, received enough blood to save over 200 lives.  

Mebane Walks

Around for more than 10 years, Mebane Walks is a program that offers free guided walks throughout the year. Join our  Mebane Walks Facebook page for dates, times and locations of current walks.  MebFit Classes

Fitness classes are offered to the public at no cost by certified and insured instructors. We offer Zumba, yoga, Tai Chi, aerobics, and more. For dates, times and locations, follow us on our Facebook page or Mebane on the Move. 

Kids Running Clubs

In an effort to help children keep fit, we offer running clubs through several of our local schools. If your school does not offer a running club and you would like more information, please contact [email protected]
