Mebane Woman’s Club was founded in January of 2001 by a group of 18 ladies that came together to establish an entity that was devoted to volunteerism and GFWC (General Federation of Women’s Clubs) Community Service Programs locally.
Today the MWC has 60 members and is certified by the IRS as a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization.
The Mebane Woman’s Club has a long and rich history of volunteer service in the community. Over the years, we have donated over one hundred thousand dollars and volunteered tens of thousands of hours to unite women in causes important to our community.
